Re: Troubleshooting? Let us help YOU
Hi, my laptop model is Dell Inspiron 1525. After formatting, I lose my blue-tooth function. Probably no blue-tooth driver. But... I still can't get download the driver anywhere or solve this problem. My operating system is Windows 7 ultimate erm...32-bits. Any help would be very very VERY appreciated!! ><

Re: Troubleshooting? Let us help YOU
dear kevin,
have you tried the dell website? there is a link that is to download drivers. from there you can enter you laptop service code(located on the bottom of you laptop) or you can choose the model of you laptop.
wat was the previous operating system you used before you reformatted your laptop? possibly there might be incompatibility issues if the previous OS is windows vista or sumting. if its a compatibility issue, then it becomes really tough to solve, what u can do is to right click "My Computer" and choose Properties. From there look to the left hand side of the property window, there will be a link there called Device Manager(click here for screenshot)
now, locate your bluetooth hardware. my laptop doesnt have a bluetooth device so i dun have a screenshot for it. XP.
once you found it, right click it and choose Update Driver Software(click here for screenshot). windows 7 will go online to find a compatible driver to make it work.
ill try to dig around for other answers, but lemme know if either of these two steps help you out
