Arthritis is a very common disease that affects many. The mainstream and the alternative medical systems have come up with various medicines for arthritis.

The joint-pain related to arthritis worries many and prevents them from leading a normal professional and personal life. But some experts say that the joint pain can be reduced to an extent through various exercises. Simple flexibility exercises can help improve the flexibility and movement of joints and the arthritis-affected areas. If you are an arthritis-affected person, you can do some stretching exercises at least three or four times a week and feel the impact. The exercises will surely lessen the pain in the joints. There are exercises to improve posture and balance of your body and they also will help in controlling the pain. Relaxation exercises too seem to be effective, say experts.

Arthritis ayurvedic treatment which combines Ayurveda and yoga, seems to be very effective in many patients. Yoga improves the coordination between nerves, brain, senses and body muscles. It also provides a relaxation and rejuvenation for the body and mind. Experts believe that it is the mixture of herbal medicine and the recreational exercises in yoga that help reduce the pain in the joints.
