Black Foods for Healthy Living

A popular trend in foods has surfaced over the past several years: "the use of black foods". It has been said the black foods could have higher health benefits than other colored foods. They contain more minerals than the other colored foods and also contains more antioxidants that help the immune system, help prevent cancers and help the body respond to chemotherapy, it also can help strengthen the organs and relieve allergies and other respiratory problems.

Examples of black foods:
  • Black beans
  • Black soybeans
  • Black vinegar
  • Black sesame
  • Black rice
  • Blackberries
  • Black tea
