Korean food = Healthy food >.<

Nowadays the (Korean)"Hallyu" wave is getting bigger and bigger in Malaysia. Everyone is into Korean entertainment, especially K-pop. Many people are enjoying K-pop even though they have no idea what the song is all about. Can't blame them because K-pop songs are very catchy.
Well, not only Korean music is good but the Korean food is also very good in terms of health.

A very healthy and nutritious Korean dish is the "Bibimbap". It is a type of mixed rice dish topped with Korean style vegetables (called namul), lean meat, and other food items. There are several different types of bibimbap but all varieties are healthy food. It is the perfect food to have on a diet plan to lose weight. The nutritions in the dish actually increases the metabolism rate in your body Very Happy

A good restaurant to go to for this healthy food would be Gomone Korean Restaurant @ Ampang Point Shopping Complex, Jalan Mamanda 3, Ampang, Selangor.
