what to do and not to do b4 or afta working out..?

1) drink one n a half glass of cold water to boost metabolism rate
2) make sure the food are half digested or eat a little when u are hungry before working out

1) nvr consume any type of food within half an hour to one hour
2) drink isotonic drinks(preferrably warm) to replace sodium inside ur body
